Stayed in a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in an upscale neighborhood, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was located in a prestigious area and had stylish furnishings, combining comfort and elegance. The bedroom was cozy, and the living area was spacious, creating a perfect retreat. The modern amenities in the apartment made it a convenient and enjoyable stay. Plus, the location provided easy access to high-end restaurants and shopping. Overall, my stay in this apartment in a posh area was luxurious and memorable.

This place is just opposite castle rock, walking distance from dmart Hiranandani gardens. They have one bhk apartments in one floor they have more than 8 apartments area itni that big of each apartment but decent size of 1 bhk. Semi furnish with air condition, kitchen amenities, and furnished washroom. Amazing finishing and good quality electronics provided. Approximately one apartment is for 1.65cr. They have parking lot available with park for chicken with swing and sitting area for elderly people of the society. They have wings like A,B,C,D.. people have started residing.. decent security and lifts about 3 lifts available in each building. For travelling little walking is required just outside the building autos are not available. Highly recommend..!

Let's close the good part first cause that is short- Good option for a modern, fitted, functional house. Good location. Note that the society hasnt been handed over yet. Cons (as a tenant): The management of the society right now is extremely haphazard. Random rules are made without considering views of all residents and the demographics. Most occupants are single professionals, young couples and in some instances nucleur families. All of them are looking for convenience of living and not archiac rule imposition, unilaterally. Also there have been instances of the property team yelling at tenants, security guards keeping tabs of them (not at all safe for single women) and random pet rules that are not in line with the law at all. Further the facilities management team always speaks down to tenants and so do some of the owners. Very discriminatory attitude. The rent is already premium and the building is largely catering to tenants, hence a handful of owners making random decisions and imposing them through the servitude attitude of the facilities management team is very inconvenient. Good place for those who like to be part of the management committee and run the show. But as a tenant, wouldn't recommend.
